Vardenafil (Vardenafil pills) is an expensive drug used to treat erection problems in men. This drug is slightly less popular than comparable drugs. A generic form of Vardenafil may become available in 2018. It is not covered by most Medicare and insurance plans, but manufacturer and pharmacy coupons can help offset the cost.

Viagra Side Effects

Intact dapoxetine and Dapoxetine−N−oxide were the major circulating moieties in the plasma. In vitro binding and transporter studies show that Priligy−N−oxide is inactive. Additional metabolites including desmethyldapoxetine and didesmethyldapoxetine account for less than 3% of the total circulating drug related materials in plasma. In vitro binding studies indicate that DED is equipotent to dapoxetine and didesmethyldapoxetine has approximately 50% of the potency of dapoxetine (see section 5.1). The unbound exposures (AUC and C) of DED are approximately 50% and 23%, respectively, of the unbound exposure of dapoxetine.

Common side effects include headaches and heartburn, as well as flushed skin. Caution is advised in those who have cardiovascular disease. Rare but serious side effects include prolonged erections, which can lead to damage to the penis, and sudden-onset hearing loss. Sildenafil should not be taken by people who take nitrates such as nitroglycerin (glycerin trinitrate), as this may result in a severe and potentially fatal drop in blood pressure.
